I understand that, if selected for the show, I need to confirm my acceptance of my spot within 24 hours of receiving the email. If I do not confirm my acceptance, I may forfeit my spot in the show.

I understand that, if I am selected for the show, I will be performing the act I auditioned with as it was performed in auditions. I will not make changes to the act, my appearance/hair, or my costume (if applicable) between auditions and the performance. If there is a change I would like to make, I need to receive permission prior to doing so.

I grant Lower Lights Theatre Company my permission to use any photographs/video captured during camp for any legal use, including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content. Furthermore, I understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
